To be accepted, the jewelry must be new, unworn, and returned in its original condition.
After receiving and checking the item at our premises, we will proceed with the refund of your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you make your return with tracked shipping and keep the proof of shipment.
